slowly and intentionally. We design and handcraft ceramic objects that sit somewhere between
utility and art. Things you use often, and keep around longer.Yes. Every BPCH piece is handmade in small batches. This means slight variations in form,
glaze, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are not flaws but part of
what makes each piece unique.Not exactly.
Because our products are handmade and glazed individually, no two pieces are identical. The
images on the website are reference images. Variations in glaze tone, texture, and flow are
inherent to the process and are part of the product’s character.Yes. Glazes can react differently depending on firing, placement in the kiln, and clay body. While
we aim to stay true to the colour palette shown, minor differences are unavoidable and
intentional.No. We do not accept returns.
Each piece is made with care, inspected before dispatch, and packed securely. Since our
products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We offer replacements only in case of damage during transit.
If your piece arrives damaged:
● Email us within 24 hours of delivery
● Attach clear photos of:
○ The damaged product
○ The outer packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement for the damaged item.No refunds.
In cases of transit damage, we only offer replacement of the damaged item, not refunds.Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Since many items are made in small
batches, dispatch timelines may vary slightly. Exact timelines will be mentioned on the product
page wherever applicable.Yes, we currently ship across India.
