and do not qualify as defects.

Orders & Payments

Shipping

● Dispatch timeline: 2–3 business days
● Shipping is available within India only
● Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not
permitted.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements

● Replacements are provided only in case of transit damage

To request a replacement:
● Email within 48 hours of delivery
● Attach photos of the damaged item and outer packaging
Requests without adequate documentation may not be accepted.

Products should be used and handled with care. BPCH is not responsible for damage caused
due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
